Most worn countertops are laminate or older surfaces that date the whole kitchen or bathroom. We refinish laminate and other synthetic tops as well as cultured marble — and can even apply a marble imitation over existing stone. The result is a granite-imitation or marble-imitation finish, or a clean solid color, without ripping anything out.

How countertop refinishing works

Every countertop job runs the same sequence: clean and repair the surface, protect the room, bond, then build the new finish in layers. No demolition, no plumbing disconnects — the counters are transformed right where they sit, usually in a single day.
