The promise

If a surface we refinished peels or bubbles within 10 years, call us — we come back and make it right.

No fine-print gymnastics — if the coating itself fails, that's on us. The warranty covers the original customer for ten years from the day of the job.

The 24-hour rule

A new finish needs a full 24 hours to cure before it touches water. We'll tell you the exact time your surface is ready — respect that one day, and you're set for years.

Making a claim

Call or text us. Tell us when we did the job and what you're seeing — we come out and look at it in person, and if the coating failed, we redo it. No forms, no claim departments.

The fair print

Three things keep this warranty honest, for both of us:

The coating, not accidents. The warranty covers the finish failing on its own — peeling or bubbling under normal use. Damage from a dropped object, a dent, or misuse isn't a coating failure, and neither is the wear that spreads out from one. We can usually repair damage like that — it's just a repair, not a warranty claim.
The first 24 hours matter. A finish that gets used before it cures can fail early — that's why we're strict about the 24-hour rule, and damage from early use isn't covered.
It stays with you. The warranty covers the original customer we did the work for; it doesn't transfer to a new owner or tenant.

Clean with gentle, non-abrasive cleaners — no scouring powders or abrasive pads.
Skip suction-cup bath mats; they can pull at any refinished surface over time.
